Thirsty? Whip Up this Tropical Pineapple Coconut Smash Mocktail in Minutes

A simple blend of coconut water, pineapple juice, lime and a bit of agave makes this “on the clock” drink easy and extra special.

A great idea for press previews and retreats, pop-ups, and opening parties.

Simple ingredients, but oh, what a great blend!

🪩 Dance on the Kitchen Table: The Pineapple Coconut Smash

For when you want to highlight tropical vacation vibes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz coconut water

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz agave syrup (optional for extra sweetness)

  • Crushed ice

  • Optional garnish: toasted coconut flakes or a pineapple wedge (hello, main character energy)

Instructions:

  1. Shake pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and agave syrup with lots of ice.

  2. Pour into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

  3. Garnish dramatically — because you are the moment.

  4. Throw on a disco playlist and don’t blame me when your socks turn into dance shoes.

Cheers! A great “on the clock” drink that will make you feel special!

Bonus: Easy Upgrade Move

Keep a bottle of “ritual zero proof” tequila or gin alternative around and add a splash to any of these if you want a more “off the clock” mocktail. They add complexity without adding alcohol!

Keep pineapple juice, coconut water, agave syrup and fresh lime handy and you can make this drink anytime.

Cheers to Thirsty Thursday, Friday Night Cocktail Hour, Tuesday Boozeday – all guilt free!
